The Beginning
Many years ago, we recognised that the vast majority of quantity surveyors worked in the construction field and did not have the specialised expertise to help property investors with depreciation schedules.
These surveyors were excellent at managing budgets, tracking the progress of construction projects, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Although these are all desirable skills, they are not the right fit for depreciation schedule quantity surveying.
Because of this disconnect, many investors were left paying exorbitant fees to have depreciation schedules created that were either largely inaccurate or did not stand up to ATO scrutiny.
In response, we decided to find surveyors who would be eager to specialise in depreciation schedules.
